Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, disciplined, and passionate Dancer / Performer to join our team. In this role, you will entertain audiences through dynamic live performances, learn and execute diverse choreography, and contribute to vibrant, high-quality stage productions and events.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Live Performance: Perform scheduled dance routines, stage shows, and thematic productions for live audiences with high energy and artistic expression.
  • Rehearsals & Training: Attend regular practice sessions, master complex choreography, and synchronize timing, spacing, and movement with the ensemble.
  • Choreography & Adaptation: Quickly learn new routines, adapt to choreography adjustments, and contribute creative ideas during rehearsals.
  • Costume & Stage Presentation: Maintain stage attire, costumes, and props, ensuring neat presentation and adherence to show aesthetics and safety standards.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with fellow performers, choreographers, sound technicians, and stage management to deliver seamless, safe performances.
  • Physical Preparedness: Maintain physical fitness, endurance, and flexibility to meet performance demands and prevent performance-related injuries.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in commercial dance, stage performance, event entertainment, or related theatrical roles (formal dance training or portfolio/showreel is an advantage).
  • Dance Versatility: Proficiency in one or more dance styles (e.g., contemporary, commercial, Bollywood, hip-hop, or fusion styles).
  • Skills: Strong sense of rhythm, stage presence, musicality, and spatial awareness.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and committed to high performance standards.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take artistic direction and constructive feedback effectively.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evening hours, weekends, and public holidays in accordance with performance schedules.
