The posting

Role Overview

This is a licensed, client-owning role covering the full client lifecycle — from onboarding and funding through to active trading and ongoing servicing. You will act as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of retail clients, handling both client servicing matters and dealing/execution support.

The role suits candidates who enjoy direct client engagement, are comfortable operating across both servicing and trading workflows, and want to build a career in a regulated capital markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts across chat, email, and phone, covering onboarding, funding, KYC follow-ups, platform queries, and general servicing.
  • Process client orders accurately and in line with MAS best execution and fair dealing standards across equities, ETFs, options, and futures.
  • Drive client activation, deepening, and retention through proactive engagement across the full client lifecycle.
  • Monitor accounts for unusual trading activity, operational risks, and complaints; escalate per internal procedures.
  • Operate in full compliance with MAS regulations (SFA), internal policies, and Tiger Brokers’ client conduct standards.
  • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Registered (or eligible to register) as an Appointed Representative under the SFA with MAS.
  • Has passed (or is eligible to pass) the required CMFAS modules for dealing in capital markets products
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — required to service our Chinese-speaking client base.
  • Comfort with rotational shifts, including coverage for US market hours
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a risk-aware mindset.
  • 1–3 years of prior experience in a licensed brokerage, financial advisory, or dealing-desk role is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or Business and a genuine interest in capital markets are also welcome to apply (CMFAS modules to be passed within 3 months of joining).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
