Job Summary

Deliver goods safely and efficiently using a 14ft box lorry or larger, maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition, collaborate with salespersons to resolve delivery issues, and build positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver goods to designated locations using a 14ft box lorry or larger to ensure timely and safe delivery
  • Collaborate closely with salespersons to resolve any delivery difficulties encountered
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure operational safety
  • Ensure products are delivered without damage or delay by following safe handling and driving practices
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions
  • Report to work punctually at 8am from Monday to Saturday

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence to operate delivery vehicles safely
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Singapore roads to optimize delivery routes and efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Exhibit a positive personality and effective communication skills to support customer service and teamwork
