The posting

🔴 Working location: Bukit Merah 🔴 Mon to Thurs: 8.30am – 6pmFri: 8.30am – 5.30pm 🔴 Salary: up to $3,000 Basic

Job Duties:

· Support on-site and remote end-users to resolveIT-related issues (hardware/software/network) on their notebooks/desktops andrelated peripherals.

· Perform installations, migrations andtroubleshooting on systems.

· Resolve issues that occur outside work hourswhenever needed.

· Take ownership of technical issues and workingwith the team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary (1st levelsupport).

· Participate in the service ticket system and taskassignment and scheduling processes.

· Ability to adhere to SOPs to carry out duties andescalation of issue to Level 2/3 support.

· Provide in-house helpdesk support viaphone/email/remote access support.

· Document troubleshooting and problem resolutionsteps.

· Participate in providing customer training whenrequired.

· Keep customers informed on the support developmentand progress.

· Report to assigned Team Lead/Manager duringsupport request.

· Provide reports to facilitate casemonitoring/closing, daily/weekly timesheet on activities for operationalvisibility.

· Excellent Customer Service skills required.

· Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager orManagement.

Requirement:

· ITE/Diploma in Information Technology fromrecognized institutes.

· Experienceworking in an IT support role for about 1-2 years.

· Ability to communicate effectively with a widevariety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone andin writing.

· Ability todemonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.

· Ability to plan and prioritize workload withoutsupervision

· Ability to prioritize, manage and perform underpressure to meet SLA’s.

· Excellent knowledge of Customer Service bestpractices.

· Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm.
