We are looking for a DevOps Engineerwith hands-on experience in application deployment, CI/CD, infrastructuresupport, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will work closelywith Development, QA, Infrastructure, Database, and Product teams to supportapplication environments and improve the reliability, availability, andoperational efficiency of our platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support application environments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated build, deployment, and release activities.
  • Perform application installation, deployment, configuration, upgrades, and script execution.
  • Support Linux-based application and infrastructure environments.
  • Perform regular application, server, database, and service health checks.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools such as ELK, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana, and other monitoring/observability platforms.
  • Analyse application and system logs and troubleshoot application, OS, database, network, and connectivity-related issues.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for application and environment incidents.
  • Automate repetitive operational activities including deployments, health checks, monitoring, configuration, and recovery tasks.
  • Work with Development and QA teams to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
  • Support DevOps and DevSecOps tools and integrations used within the software development lifecycle.
  • Maintain technical, deployment, operational, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, system stability, deployment efficiency, and operational processes.
