Job Scope

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.
  • Develop compelling ad copy, hooks, video scripts, landing pages and sales pages.
  • Build and optimise conversion funnels and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROAS.
  • Conceptualise static and video ad creatives and work with designers/video editors to produce marketing assets.
  • Develop lead-generation content such as e-books, reports and short courses.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to improve marketing ideation and content production.
  • Monitor campaign performance and stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising or performance marketing.
  • Experience with Meta and Google Ads preferred.
  • Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working with marketing data and performance metrics.
  • Experience in education, financial services, software, property or other service-based industries preferred.
  • Candidates from FMCG/food/beauty are considered if they have a genuine interest in financial markets, investing or trading.
  • Experience with Generative AI, ClickFunnels, HubSpot or Adobe tools is an advantage.
