Job description

  • Manage and optimise regional websites, including website strategy, content, features, user experience, performance and ongoing enhancements.
  • Lead website and digital marketing activities for regional product launches and campaigns, covering planning, development, execution and performance measurement.
  • Manage website content across regional markets and coordinate integrated website and social media campaigns with internal teams and external digital partners.
  • Support regional social media content management and execution when required.
  • Support regional SEO/AEO/GEO strategies, including content development, optimisation and continuous improvements in response to evolving AI-driven search behaviour.
  • Analyse digital marketing performance using tools such as GA4, LiveChat and other marketing platforms, translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across regional teams.
  • Integrate generative AI tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, marketing analysis and productivity.
  • Manage and optimise AI virtual assistant capabilities to help regional teams generate actionable marketing insights.
  • Support CRM and email marketing activities, including content development, customer journeys, customer behaviour analysis, segmentation and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) analysis.
  • Maintain customer databases and mailing lists in collaboration with relevant internal teams, and evaluate new CRM tools and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy policies and regulations.
  • Manage marketing expenses, budgets, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience across multiple international markets, preferably APAC and/or MEA.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with good attention to detail and organisation.
  • Proactive, resilient and self-driven, with the ability to work independently.
