The posting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and day-to-day management of digital Facilities Management (FM) systems and applications.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Management and IT teams to ensure systems run smoothly and support daily operations.
  • Monitor system activities and follow up on any system or data issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate training and provide support to ground staff when new systems, applications or digital services are introduced.
  • Manage the transfer and sharing of data between different FM systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Check the accuracy and completeness of system records, including work orders, job tickets, procurement and asset information.
  • Maintain digital records and FM documentation, including floorplans, Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM), assets and space information.
  • Monitor work requests and ensure they are properly assigned, tracked and updated until completion.
  • Track work progress, equipment breakdowns and important updates through digital platforms, and coordinate follow-up actions where required.
  • Monitor system performance and work with relevant teams to minimise disruption caused by system issues.
  • Provide support and advice on digital and cloud-based solutions, such as Microsoft Azure or other similar platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve FM operations through technology and digital solutions.
  • Coordinate meetings with the relevant FM and digital teams to discuss system updates, improvements and new technology.
  • Support the team in meeting relevant IT, government and system compliance requirements.

Job Requirements: Diploma in Facilities Management or other relevant fields from a recognized tertiary establishment with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in providing facilities management services.
