1. Exposure to SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Server, SG-DCS or other legacy collaboration platforms.
2. Experience supporting user acceptance testing, migration cutovers or post-migration hypercare.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Lists, Forms, Dataverse, Power BIor Microsoft 365 Copilot.
4. Basic awareness of records management, retention, access control and information governance.
5. Experience working in government, regulated or security-conscious environments.
1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions.
2. Practical experience with SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, permissions and basic administration.
3. Some hands-on exposure to SharePoint migration, including content assessment, migration execution, validation or issue remediation.
4. Experience with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager or a similar migration tool is preferred; candidates with relevant migration fundamentals and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
5. Hands-on experience building or maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
6. Basic development skills in JavaScript or TypeScript;exposure to SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph or REST APIs is useful but not mandatory across all areas.
7. Ability to troubleshoot systematically, test changes carefully and produce clear technical and user documentation.
8. Ability to work with business users and technical team members to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions.
9. Familiarity with source control and basic development practices is helpful; deep expertise in Azure architecture, CI/CD or enterprise integration is not required.
