A day in the Life:

Strategic Leadership & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Establish and implement sales strategies to achieve long-term business objectives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities with a strong focus on local, regional and international markets.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders.

Account Management & Client Relations:

  • Oversee key accounts to ensure consistent client satisfaction and business retention.
  • Provide strategic advisory and consultative solutions to clients to enhance value creation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business meetings.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients for project success.

Financial & Commercial Management:

  • Responsible for the profitability of projects, optimizing both top-line growth and bottom-line performance at cluster level.
  • Monitor sales performance, financial forecasts, and operational efficiencies to maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to drive favourable business outcomes.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Groom and mentor next echelon of leaders (i.e. new team leaders)
  • Set performance goals, KPIs, and strategic targets for the teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture to enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure talent development through coaching, training, and succession planning.

Project Oversight & Execution:

  • Responsible for and manage high-value projects to ensure they complete on time and achieve desired margin.
  • Drive and lead strategic direction for design concepts, project execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure high quality of deliverables
  • Streamline processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future growth.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales leadership.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing high-value accounts

Other requirements:

  • Mobility to work in a standard office setting, attend client meetings, and travel regionally if required.
  • Strong vision to analyse market trends, assess business opportunities, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level clients and stakeholders.
