We are looking for an experienced and driven Director to lead our team and oversee the overall operations of the business. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with good business sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive growth and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the business.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to support growth and achieve company goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the team to maintain a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Monitor business performance, budgets, and key operational matters.
  • Work closely with management and team members to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure the business operates in line with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Represent the company in meetings, business events, and other external engagements when required.
  • Make sound business decisions and provide recommendations to support the company’s growth.
  • Take on other responsibilities as required by the company.

Requirements

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good business sense with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
