As a washer, your responsibilities are to ensure that guests have clean dishes and utensils, and kitchen has clean equipment for food preparation

  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for tableware and cooking utensils using both machine and manual cleaning methods 负责通过机器和手动清洗方法，维护餐具和烹饪用具的清洁和卫生标准
  • Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility 确保洗碗区域保持清洁、安全和卫生的状态
  • Replenish equipment in the correct areas after washing and drying 清洗和干燥后，将设备补充到正确的位置
  • Clean up any spills to ensure kitchen floor remain dry 清理任何溢出物，确保厨房地板保持干燥
  • Notify the Manager if the dishwash machine or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures 如果洗碗机或漂洗循环的温度低于安全标准，须通知经理
