The posting
- Prepare, inspect, test, service, maintain, and repair commercial diving equipment and related systems.
- Perform maintenance and servicing of diving helmets, masks, umbilicals, regulators, breathing-air systems, compressors, gas panels, cylinders, communication equipment, and other associated tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and carry out corrective repairs when required.
- Verify that all diving equipment is properly calibrated, certified, inspected, and safe for operational use.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of equipment inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, testing, and certifications.
- Monitor and manage the availability of consumables, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored, handled, transported, and maintained in accordance with established company procedures.
- Assist with pressure testing, functional testing, equipment commissioning, and other required testing activities.
- Identify potential equipment defects or failures and promptly report safety and technical concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Comply with company HSE policies, applicable diving regulations, client requirements, and relevant industry standards.
- Participate in toolbox meetings, risk assessments, safety briefings, and other operational safety activities.
- Keep the workshop and work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities related to diving equipment and operations as assigned.
