The posting

Technical Specialist (Electrical & ELV)

Role Overview Lead the technical delivery of electrical and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems for high-tech facility projects, from design through construction, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define technical requirements and review electrical/ELV designs, power system studies and design changes.
  • Provide expertise in HV/LV distribution, power quality, protection coordination and emergency power systems.
  • Oversee facility monitoring, fire alarm, security and communications systems.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support procurement, commissioning and operational handover.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, data centre or other high-tech facility projects.
  • Experience across design, construction, commissioning and handover.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure, ELV systems and Singapore electrical requirements.
  • PE registration, LEW certification and BIM experience are advantages.
