The Opportunity

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks
  • It is an opportunity for a FX Electronic Trading Support Analyst to join the team
  • Location at Changi Business Park

The Job

  • Support electronic client onboarding and integration activities for FX trading platforms.
  • Assist with SFTS migration activities and other ongoing strategic projects.
  • Handle Velocity platform client and user maintenance requests.
  • Review and approve domain attestation requests.
  • Process Pulse RTC requests, including GTC-related requests.
  • Maintain and distribute trading activity and Click reports.
  • Coordinate and prioritize FIX connectivity onboarding requests.
  • Track, manage and resolve client issues on the Velocity platform.
  • Support technology enhancement initiatives, including security key replacement projects.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth electronic trading operations.

The Talent

  • Understanding of FX markets and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
  • Experience onboarding and administering e-Trading platform users.
  • Background in e-Trading Client Services, Trading Support or Operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Understanding of information security principles and controls.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical trading environments.
  • Exposure to FX Middle Office or Back Office operations is advantageous.
