Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing employer enquiries from the initial consultation through to successful helper placement, while providing professional service and follow-up throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to employer enquiries, walk-in customers, phone calls, and online leads
  • Understand employers’ household requirements and recommend suitable FDW candidates
  • Present and explain available helper profiles, package pricing, agency fees, and services
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews
  • Arrange and coordinate employer-helper interviews
  • Follow up with employers, answer enquiries, address concerns, and convert leads into confirmed placements
  • Handle job confirmation and deposit collection
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing employers
  • Coordinate with overseas partners and suppliers on candidate sourcing and documentation
  • Follow up on MOM applications, approvals, and required documentation
  • Coordinate helper arrival, medical check-up, SIP/orientation, and deployment
  • Conduct post-placement follow-up and assist with replacement cases when required
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure all pending matters are followed up promptly
  • Build and maintain good relationships with employers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Experience in a maid agency, employment agency, customer service, or sales environment is preferred
  • Prior experience as an Employment Consultant / Sales Consultant is an advantage
  • Valid CEI (EA) certification is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling customer enquiries, fee discussions, and sales follow-ups
  • Good follow-up skills and able to manage multiple cases concurrently
  • Bilingual in English and another language such as Bahasa Indonesia, Burmese, Tagalog, or Chinese is an advantage
  • Motivated, responsible, and service-minded
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Candidates with relevant sales or customer service experience but no maid agency experience are welcome to apply

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is confident in speaking with customers, proactive in follow-up, and able to manage a case from enquiry to successful placement.

The role requires both sales ability and good case management, as you will be working closely with employers, helpers, overseas partners, and internal team members throughout the placement process.
