Job Description:
- Follow up on daily/weekly production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor.
- Work with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify root causes of problems.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), including process setup and validation.
- Improve process flow using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Assist in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, data analysis, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with suppliers or vendors on technical matters if needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
