Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage and administrative TR417A maintenance contract.

· To assist Maintenance Manager to manage Corrective (“CM”) team, CM reports and paperwork, safety issues, and interface with interfacing parties, and assisting Maintenance Manager to manage spares parts inventories and etc.

Corrective Maintenance(“CM”)

· Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of corrective maintenance (CM)activities.

· To manage corrective maintenance reports, Technical Fault Reports (TFR), ADT Letters, CM Notifications, etc.

· To identify recurring issues and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

· To support Corrective Maintenance for Front end subsystems (including Speed Cameras) as and when required.

· Assist in project-related activities including deployment, front-end system setup, installation, testing, and commissioning in accordance with customer technical requirements.

· Liaise and coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers on maintenance and project implementation activities.

· Handle customer enquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally while ensuring prompt resolution.

Miscellaneous

· Assist Maintenance Manager in managing spare parts inventory and repair turn around cycle for maintenance activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment, usage tracking, and ensuring the availability of critical spares to minimize system downtime.

· Interfacing with Interfacing Parties.

· Maintain accurate maintenance records, breakdown history, spare parts consumption, and service reports for trend analysis, audits, and ISO compliance.

· Proactively monitor, follow up, and close maintenance incidents, issues, and service requests within agreed service levels.

· Be available for on-call support and emergency maintenance response as required.

· Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, including ISO requirements.

· Maintain high standards of housekeeping and perform any other operational or maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
