We’re looking to add an Engineer, Test in Singapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling.

As an Engineer, Test, you will:

Be responsible for providing Test engineering support to sustain manufacturing of advanced laboratory instruments in mass production and provide Test Development Support during NPI Stage for New Products /Instruments.

  • Engage in test activities at Top-Level Assembly.
  • Define/perform test setup and support testing at NPI.
  • Formulate test automation solutions, developing & executing test plans.
  • Yearly target for yield improvement.
  • Perform test validation and evaluate test coverage.
  • Perform product failure analysis.
  • Support tester maintenance program.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Collaboration with customer on test strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Min 2 years of experience in systems testing in Contract Manufacturing or EMS environments
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, including functional, integration, stress, and performance testing for precision instruments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and present technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
