  • Perform basic nursing procedures (eg. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing)
  • Assist doctors with minor medical procedures.
  • Dispense medications accurately in accordance with doctors’ prescriptions.
  • Maintain medication inventory levels and conduct quarterly stock takes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally.
  • Manage patient registration and schedule appointments.
  • Arrange referral appointments with relevant healthcare providers.
  • Execute clinical and administrative duties to support efficient daily clinic operations.
  • Assist in managing clinic operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Provide assistance to surgeons during procedures and support the smooth coordination of surgical processes.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.
