As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Enrolment Officer to join our team and help more parents find suitable learning programmes for their children.

If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, following up on opportunities, and working towards sales targets, this role offers the opportunity to develop your sales and customer engagement skills in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to incoming enrolment enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online leads.
  • Understand parents' needs and recommend suitable programmes, classes, and schedules.
  • Call and follow up with leads provided by the Company and guide prospective parents through the enrolment process.
  • Follow up with trial students and prospective customers to support conversion and enrolment.
  • Build rapport and maintain good relationships with parents and students.
  • Address questions, concerns and objections effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolment status using the Company's internal systems.
  • Work closely with the Centre and Academic teams to coordinate class availability, trial arrangements, and enrolments.
  • Share customer feedback and insights on public interest and programme demand with the scheduling and management teams.
  • Contribute new sales and marketing ideas to improve lead conversion and enrolment.
  • Support enrolment campaigns, open houses, events, and other sales initiatives when required.
  • Work towards and achieve assigned sales and enrolment targets.
  • Maintain a professional and positive brand image in all interactions

Requirements

  • O'Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, business development, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to parents over the phone and through messaging platforms.
  • Customer-focused and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable with sales conversations, follow-ups, and working towards targets.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups independently.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

What We Offer

  • Basic salary of $2,600 to $6,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability, with additional incentives.
  • Leads are provided, allowing you to focus on follow-up and conversion rather than cold sourcing.
  • Hands-on exposure to sales, customer engagement, and education business operations.
  • Supportive team environment where you can contribute your own sales and marketing ideas.
  • Career development and progression opportunities within a growing education organisation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
