On behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company expanding its enterprise presence across Asia Pacific, we are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead high-value enterprise sales from Singapore. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building a market from the front, owning the full sales cycle end to end, and working closely with product and leadership teams in a high-growth environment. Success in the role rests heavily on an established network among senior enterprise decision-makers in the Singapore market.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close complex, high-value enterprise deals across Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific region.
  • Build trusted relationships with CxOs, IT leaders, and customer service executives within large enterprise organisations.
  • Grow revenue within an assigned portfolio of accounts and develop them into long-term reference customers.
  • Open new enterprise logos and expand the company's footprint in priority industry segments.
  • Meet and exceed agreed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and actionable account intelligence in Salesforce, covering use cases, buying timelines, next steps, and forecasts.
  • Sell consultatively on business value rather than features, evidencing measurable commercial impact for the customer.
  • Work alongside system integrators and hyperscaler alliance teams to create and close joint opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of quota carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or AI-driven solutions, with a consistent record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • An established network of senior decision-makers and CxO-level contacts within the Singapore enterprise market, with the credibility to open doors quickly.
  • Demonstrated success generating new business independently, from first outreach through to signature.
  • Good commercial communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical capability into clear business value for an executive audience.
  • Experience selling in early stage or high growth environments with limited structure and oversight.
  • A track record of joint go-to-market work with system integrators and hyperscalers.
  • A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its practical application to enterprise problems.
