What you will be doing:

Build the future of industrial operations with AI.

Hubble is building the AI Agentic Operations Platform for industrial enterprises. Backed by a successful Series B, we're entering an exciting phase of growth as we expand beyond our leadership in the Built Environment into new industrial sectors across Asia.

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager who thrives on winning new business, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and helping customers solve mission-critical operational challenges. This is a consultative, solution-led role where you'll engage senior decision-makers, shape digital transformation initiatives, and demonstrate how AI can deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll:

  • Drive sales engagements to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals every quarter.
  • Build a sales plan to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within your accounts/territory.
  • Analyse sales/metrics data from your accounts/territory to help evolve your strategy & execution.
  • Become the resident expert on the Hubble platform, articulating how our agentic AI capabilities drive measurable operational impact for industrial enterprises.
  • Educate customers by demonstrating Hubble’s platform and prescribe relevant use cases that deliver strong business impact.
  • Demonstrate value to key stakeholders - confidently engage different stakeholders, negotiate win-win agreements and close large deals.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including engagements with government agencies and statutory boards (e.g. BCA, LTA, HDB).
  • Align with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Marketing and Product Management, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, positioning Hubble as a trusted partner in their operational transformation.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 5 years in B2B software sales, selling SaaS, AI or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales/territory growth and quota achievement in a hunting role
  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts using solution-selling techniques.
  • Ability to engage C-suite executives and multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex multiple-stakeholder deal environment and track record of successful selling to companies in Singapore.
  • Strong strategic account planning and execution skills, with comfort using sales management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Skilled in both virtual & in-person presentations with the ability to create strong impact through product demonstrations and construct compelling, ROI-driven business cases.
