Job Scope:

  • Provide professional and personalised customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable healthcare products
  • Promote products, collections, and ongoing promotions while working towards individual and store sales targets.
  • Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, including product enquiries, fitting, purchasing, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards, and overall store presentation.
  • Support daily retail operations, including stock replenishment, inventory handling, cashiering, and other assigned duties.
