Relevant Work Experience

  • Experience in investment management in a formal employment capacity, and (具备在正式雇佣岗位中的投资管理相关工作经验，和)
  • Experience in deal structuring for mergers & acquisitions, particularly for candidates focusing on private equity, venture capital, or direct investments (具备并购交易结构设计经验，尤其适用于专注于私募股权、风险投资或直接投资方向的候选人。)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (具备较强的分析能力和数量分析能力。)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field (拥有硕士学位，或会计、金融、经济学及相关专业的本科学位。)
  • Those with professional qualifications such as CFA, MBA, CPA, CMA are preferred (持有 CFA、MBA、CPA、CMA 等专业资格者优先考虑。)
