Estate Planner

We are looking for driven individuals who are keen to build a professional career in estate planning, wealth management and financial advisory. As an Estate Planner, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial priorities and develop suitable strategies to protect, preserve and transfer wealth across generations.

Key Responsibilities

You will conduct financial and estate planning discussions with clients, identify their needs in areas such as wealth protection, legacy planning, succession planning and retirement planning, and recommend suitable financial and insurance solutions based on their objectives. You will also support clients with beneficiary planning and wealth transfer, collaborate with lawyers, trust specialists and estate planning professionals where required, and maintain long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews. The role also involves developing new client relationships through referrals, networking and strategic prospecting while ensuring all advisory activities comply with regulatory and company standards.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome to apply. We are looking for individuals with strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills, a professional and client-focused mindset, and a strong interest in financial planning, wealth management and estate planning. Candidates should also be self-motivated, willing to learn and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. Relevant financial advisory qualifications or prior experience in banking, insurance, financial services, sales or relationship management will be an advantage.
