The posting

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)

Working Location: Central

Salary Package: Up to $9,000 + AWS

Employment Type: Contract (1 year renewable with chances of conversion)

We are seeking a skilled EUC Infrastructure Manager to deliver enterprise-level end-user computing services to Public Service agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for operations and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.
  • Ensure application requirements and business needs are met, while complying with relevant government policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Enhance the security and monitoring of networks and applications.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend cost-effective technical solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Manage procurement of solutions by preparing budget proposals and technical specifications.
  • Plan and manage project timelines and budgets, resolving any issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee vendor performance to ensure contractual and SLA compliance, taking corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in preferably in End User Computing (EUC), enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
