About the Role
Our client is a globally renowned luxury brand seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead and execute high-profile events across Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, exclusive VIP events, product launches, exhibitions, brand activations and strategic marketing initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual events calendar across Southeast Asia.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of luxury events, including concept development, budgeting, vendor selection, execution and post-event evaluation.
- Partner with local, regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee event agencies, production partners, venues and vendors to deliver world-class event experiences.
- Manage event budgets, procurement processes and contract negotiations.
- Drive continuous improvement through event performance analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all events reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality and client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing high-end luxury brand events.
- Strong experience handling VIP, UHNW and exclusive client events, private showcases, gala dinners, product launches and luxury activations.
- Background within luxury retail, fine jewellery, watches, fashion, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing regional projects involving multiple stakeholders across different markets.
- Strong network of premium venues, event agencies, production partners and vendors in Singapore and the region.
- Excellent project management, budgeting and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous, highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel regionally and support events outside of regular office hours when required.
