We’re a young, ambitious team in the fast-paced financial services industry, focused on learning, growth, and high standards. You’ll receive guidance while being trusted to take initiative, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience.

Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you’ll support events from planning and logistics to on-site coordination and follow-up, while gaining experience in guest engagement and event content.

What You’ll Do

  • Event Planning: Support event preparation, timelines, and coordination.
  • Logistics: Coordinate with venues, vendors, and on-site teams.
  • On-Site Support: Assist with registration, guests, and event operations.
  • Content & Promotion: Support event content, promotional materials, and social media.
  • Post-Event Support: Gather feedback, organize data, and assist with follow-up.
