We are looking for an organized, energetic, and people-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional activities
  • Represent the company professionally at events and community activities
  • Engage with attendees, visitors, and potential customers
  • Introduce and explain company products, services, or campaigns
  • Coordinate event setup, activities, materials, and logistics
  • Ensure event schedules and activities run efficiently
  • Support customer engagement and lead-generation initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with attendees and members of the public
  • Collect customer feedback and event insights
  • Maintain accurate records of event activities and outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives
  • Assist with post-event follow-ups and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve future events and outreach activities

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, confident, and professional personality
  • Highly organized with good time-management skills
  • Comfortable interacting with different types of people
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage
  • No prior event experience required for the right candidate
