About the Role 📍 Location: Nearest MRT, City Hall 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm 💰 Salary: Up to $4K/month 🗓 Start Date: Immediate 📅 Duration: 12-month contract

Summary Of The Role We are hiring an Events Officer to support international engagements, meetings and events for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will assist with preparing meeting materials, organising event supplies, coordinating transport and venues, supporting registration and ushering, receiving guests, and helping with event set-up and tear-down.
  • You will also liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors, track assigned tasks, and provide general administrative support to the International Relations team.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent relevant experience in administration, events, hospitality, protocol, customer service or operations support.
  • Able to complete administrative, logistical and event-support tasks accurately and responsibly.
  • Able to communicate professionally and courteously with internal stakeholders, vendors and guests.
  • Able to manage changing priorities and work calmly during busy periods.
  • Able to support scheduled events and functions during November and December, subject to the confirmed work schedule.
