The posting

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to C-suite executives in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars and priorities, coordinating executive meetings and communications, arranging domestic and international travel and itineraries, processing expense claims, screening and prioritising communications, and handling confidential and sensitive information. The role will also support general office administration, including invoice processing, visitor management, office supplies and office maintenance.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executives. Experience working in a fast-paced, diverse global environment or high-growth organisation is preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong organisational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines across different time zones, and support urgent business requirements outside normal office hours or on weekends when necessary.

Experience with invoice processing and expense management is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, is also required.
