The posting

We are hiring an Executive, Logistics on a 6-month contract from November 2026 to April 2027 to support our day-to-day logistics operations. This is a backend support role based in the office, where you will play a key role in coordinating the timely and accurate movement of PUMA products while working closely with internal teams and logistics partners.

POSITION SUMMARY AND KEY TASK DESCRIPTION: Our business is looking for a talented and qualified Executive, Logistics to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day operation execution and coordination, monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, shipping documentation and supply chain processes. Understand the issues resolve scenarios, troubleshooting and deliver solution to warehouse and stakeholder. Maintain inventory at high level of accuracy.

Task 1: INBOUND MANAGEMENT

  • Monitor and ensure on time arrival as per launch month.
  • Manage container fill rate to meet global KPI but without impact product launch date.
  • Monitor on time freight booking to forwarder and handover date by factory.
  • Keep track and ensure correct action done by respective party (factory & forwarder), to avoid long holding cargo at origin.
  • Optimize given free time to plan for on time clearance and delivery to warehouse.
  • Validate discrepancy from fresh inbound and ensure necessary adjustment done in place, and PO closure.
  • Drive inbound audit check to ensure tally with fresh inbound.
  • Monitor and ensure GR/return scanning completed timely, clear system EDI error.
  • Working closely with Purchasing team for better buying trend as per ISD

Task 2: RETURNS MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for all on time scanning and collection.
  • Working with stakeholder to understand the selling plan and prioritize urgent returns, manage stakeholder expectation.
  • Maintain return tracker status and progress.
  • Ensure all scanning data deliver to stakeholder completely.

Task 3: WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Monthly warehouses visit 1-2 times.
  • Audit check warehouse inventory, processes and flow whether comply SOP and accuracy.
  • Drive inventory health level within inventory max capacity
  • Keep track on actual storage with simulation to avoid over capacity and cost.
  • Analyze inventory data for all aspects and review weekly.
  • Ensure cycle count done timely comply Puma request and necessary reporting.
  • Annual stock take planning with stakeholder and ensure high level of accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate logs of all warehouse issues and present in MBR.

Task 4: INVOICE & PURCHASES VERIFICATION

  • Handle for consumable required for business required.
  • Ensure on time invoice validation and submission to account payable.
  • Address recharge instruction accordingly to minimize logistics expenses.
  • Validate all consumable purchases and PO approval

Task 5: DOCUMENTATION AND FILING

  • Ensure shipping documentation are accurate and provide timely.
  • Provides required documents for audit request, custom queries.
  • Safe keep all related shipping document, POD in shared drive
  • Update related tracker from time to time.
  • Optimal e-library in the consideration of space

Task 6: SUPPORT INBOUND SOLUTION TO SEA SUBS

  • Working with Global Logistics to exchange info and updates, cascade down to team on all updates.
  • Follow up latest FTA updates and share among SEA team.
  • GSI maintenance
  • SEA inbound process alignment

Task 7: MONITOR B2C OPERATION

  • Work closely with 3PL to monitor daily to daily B2C operations.
  • Plan the B2C promotions events and cross between the 4 platform (Puma dotcom Lazada, Shopee, Zalora)
  • Monitor the Fulfillment rate and Delivery on time.
  • Ensure all system transactions being posted and close timely.
