# Job Description & Requirements

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as:

Executive Recruiter (Part Time)

This opportunity is ideal for undergraduates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment and executive search while balancing their studies.

You will work closely with experienced team members to support active client assignments and identify suitable candidates for a variety of roles. Through hands-on guidance and mentorship, you will learn how to manage the recruitment process—from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination and follow-up.

Your Responsibilities

- Supporting active executive search and recruitment assignments

- Proactively sourcing suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels

- Reviewing applications and conducting initial candidate screening

- Reaching out to prospective candidates and introducing relevant opportunities

- Preparing candidate profiles and shortlists for client submission

- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients

- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Updating candidate records, recruitment trackers, and internal databases

- Conducting basic market and talent research for assigned roles

- Working towards sourcing, outreach, and candidate-submission targets

- Providing regular updates on the progress of assigned searches

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Confident and comfortable approaching new people

- Resourceful, proactive, and willing to explore different sourcing channels

- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team

- Organised and detail-oriented, with good follow-through

- Able to manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities

- Persistent and motivated when working on challenging searches

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment platforms is advantageous

- Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus but not required

- Candidates with a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification will be preferred. Candidates without CEI certification must be willing to enrol in and complete the required CEI examination.

Who Should Apply

- Undergraduates seeking a flexible part-time role while studying

- Individuals interested in recruitment, executive search, HR, or talent acquisition

- Self-driven learners who enjoy communicating and building relationships

- Goal-oriented individuals who are motivated by measurable outcomes

- Candidates who can commit consistently and take ownership of assigned searches

What You’ll Gain

- Hands-on exposure to executive search and end-to-end recruitment

- Practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement

- Mentorship and guidance from experienced team members

- Opportunities to strengthen your communication, research, and stakeholder-management skills

- Flexible working arrangements to support your studies

- Exposure to different industries, companies, and professional roles

- Potential pathway to a full-time opportunity upon graduation

Performance Expectations

As this role supports active client assignments, successful candidates should be prepared to:

- Maintain consistent sourcing and outreach activity

- Demonstrate urgency and ownership in filling assigned positions

- Submit relevant, well-screened candidates within agreed timelines

- Communicate challenges early and propose alternative sourcing strategies

- Follow through reliably on candidate and client-related tasks

An exciting career in recruitment awaits the right candidates!

All applications and CVs will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
