What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
  • Proactively source quality candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and talent databases.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop talent pipelines and maintain a strong network of professionals across various industries.
  • Prepare job advertisements and promote opportunities across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and talent advisory support to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
