Responsibilities:
- Assist Management in establishing, engaging, and managing SCCCI’s local, global and regional network of business chambers, overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Engage and liaise with SCCCI’s key stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships, facilitate and operationalise meetings and official travel arrangements.
- Proactively assess and recommend incoming delegation requests, engaging stakeholders to determine suitability of engagement.
- Provides active secretariat support on administrative notes, briefing documents, minutes of meetings and monthly reports.
- Assist to analyze global and regional developments that are relevant and with implications to Singapore.
Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Chinese Studies, Social Sciences, Business, or a related discipline from a recognised university.
- Strong interest in international and regional geopolitical and economic developments, and in current affairs.
- Preferably possess 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
- Must be systematic in work processes, attention to details, self-motivated and a good team player.
