The posting

Kalm Salon is a Japanese boutique hair salon located in Orchard Road, Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced Hairstylist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services

• Consult with clients and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair treatments

• Maintain high standards of customer service and salon hygiene

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Contribute to the salon’s sales and business growth

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional hairstyling experience

• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring and hair treatments

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in a Japanese salon or Japanese hair techniques is an advantage

• Existing clientele is welcome

What we offer:

• Basic salary + attractive commission scheme

• Up to 60% commission based on monthly sales

• 7 days off per month

• 15 days annual leave per year
