Primary Job Responsibilities:

Equipment Related:

● Interprets equipment blueprints.

● Completes preventive maintenance requirements.

● Observes equipment in operation to troubleshoot problems andensure the proper functioning of the machines.

● Removes defective components and replaces them with new ones.

● Maintains inventory of spare parts for equipment.

● Assists Engineering with assembly and installation of newequipment

● Assists to ensure that equipment validation and calibration iscompleted on time.

Facility Related:

● Ensures all mechanical/electrical equipment supporting thefacility is maintained and functioning properly. b. Schedules any servicingthat is required by 3rd party to maintain facility requirements.

● Ensures all documentation and service reports are completed andgiven to document control.

Secondary Job Responsibilities:

● Maintenance Related:

Assists R&D and Engineeringwith experiments and validations

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

● 3 years' experience in a relevant role.

Additional Qualifications Required:

● Working knowledge of current industry practices, MPIs and cleanroom procedures.

● Conversant with Microsoft office software.

● Knowledge of Medical devices Quality Management System.
