The posting

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Technician 3 / 4)

Location: Woodlands Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Basic Salary: $3,500 – $5,500 (Depending on experience)

Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities systems, including HVAC, RODI Water, Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve facilities equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor equipment performance through BMS and EMS systems.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with external vendors.
  • Support facilities improvement projects and annual plant shutdown activities.
  • Perform equipment calibration, root cause analysis (RCA) and maintenance reporting.
  • Maintain equipment records, spare parts and maintenance work orders.

Requirements:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or cleanroom facilities environment preferred.
  • Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and support 24-hour standby or 12-hour rotating shifts when required.
