Job Summary

Manage facility maintenance operations by coordinating vendors, overseeing safety compliance, and maintaining schedules to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant facility functioning aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the efficient upkeep of essential systems, such as air conditioning, lighting, and fire safety
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring maintenance and repairs are executed punctually and in line with company quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule to optimize facility operations and ensure timely completion of routine tasks, inspections, and projects.
  • Assist in facility-related projects, ensuring all activities adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and established protocols.
  • Ensure all facility operations comply fully with internal company policies, with particular attention to safety and risk management protocols.
  • Maintain precise facility records, handle timely renewals of necessary licenses and permits, and ensure documentation aligns with company requirements for quality control and compliance.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure that vendors and contractors rigorously follow company safety policies and contractual terms.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to cultivate productive relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and professional collaboration.
  • Capable of conveying information clearly and concisely to vendors, contractors, and management, ensuring understanding and alignment on tasks and updates.
  • High attention to detail in upholding company standards, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining a structured approach in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive in assessing and resolving issues with solutions that align with company standards and scheduling requirements.
  • Brings a positive work ethic, respect for diversity, and a collaborative approach within team settings.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while remaining fully accountable to team objectives, schedules, and broader company goals.
