About the Role

One Personal Training operates a private,1-on-1 coaching model: no group classes, no fixed circuits, no sharedprogramming. Every client is assessed individually, and their training andnutrition plan is built around their specific goals, history, and lifestylefrom the first session onward.

We are hiring into our next trainer intake asclient demand increases. A defined part of that demand comes from femaleclients who request a female trainer specifically, for personal, cultural, orreligious reasons, particularly within private 1-on-1 settings. This intake isbeing run in part to meet that requirement properly.

CoreResponsibilities

● Deliver 1-on-1 training sessionswith consistent focus on technique, safety, and measurable progress

● Design and adjust individualisedtraining and nutrition programs based on client goals and history

● Maintain a high standard ofprofessionalism and discretion in private training settings

● Monitor client progress and takeownership of retention and results within your client base

● Participate in ongoing coachingdevelopment and structured mentorship

Our OperatingModel

Client acquisition, scheduling, and accountmanagement are handled centrally, allowing trainers to focus on coaching ratherthan sales. Compensation is structured around a six-level commissionprogression, with your rate increasing as session volume, client retention, andconfirmed client outcomes increase. This is deliberately different from flat,tenure-based pay: performance and results are what move you up the scale.

Trainer teams are kept intentionally smallrather than run as large rotating rosters. This gives each trainer a stable,defined client base and gives senior trainers the capacity to mentor properlyrather than simply oversee. For trainers who want it, there are definedpathways beyond coaching into senior trainer, mentorship, marketing,operations, or client-success roles.

CandidateRequirements

We are looking for trainers who:

● Hold a relevant personal trainingcertification and can demonstrate sound technical coaching ability

● Are focused on client outcomesrather than session volume alone

● Are comfortable and effectiveworking with female clients in private, 1-on-1 settings, including situationswhere a female trainer has been specifically requested for personal, cultural,or religious reasons

● Respond constructively to feedbackand are committed to ongoing skill development

● Are seeking a long-term career inpersonal training, not short-term or part-time work

Compensationand Working Structure

New Associate Trainers begin on a fixedramp-up rate during initial onboarding, before transitioning to the fullsix-level commission structure. Progression through the levels is tied tosession volume, client retention, and confirmed client results. This is afull-time role; hours in the first year include early mornings and evenings toalign with client availability. Candidates must have valid right to work.

Female-TrainerRequirement

A portion of our client base requests a femaletrainer specifically, for personal, cultural, or religious reasons, in aprivate training context. Where this constitutes a genuine requirement of therole, female candidates are encouraged to apply.
