We are a Singapore-based technology company building blockchain and AI products. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented part-time Finance & Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting records, full-set of accounts, and finance administration.

What You’ll Do
- Handle full-set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and maintain accurate records for company expenses, invoices, reimbursements and payments.
- Organise supporting documents for supplier payments, staff claims and company transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and keep payment records up to date.
- Prepare payment schedules and supporting documents for management approval.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing, and prepare regular financial statements (e.g., Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns and assisting with annual corporate tax filings.
- Maintain orderly accounting files and liaise with external corporate secretaries or tax agents for annual reporting purposes.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance operations, with proven experience in managing full-set of accounts.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore's accounting standards, GST filing, and basic corporate tax requirements.
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in cryptocurrency accounting, digital asset reconciliation, and related regulatory compliance is a strong plus.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential financial information.
