What You Will Deliver

  • Handle and process payments for drivers.
  • Verify Project orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Key in invoices to finance system (MYOB)
  • Maintain and update database records
  • Cross reference original database to external vendor for compliance
  • To access internal database and extract information pertaining to stock transfers.
  • To ensure payment to ad-hoc drivers for project is accurate and up to date and standards.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and possession of relevant accountancy qualifications or certifications, such as ACCA and/or Diploma in Accountancy
  • Understanding of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience in startups or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
