Finance & Administrative Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented, meticulous and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team and support the daily accounting operations including data entries, accounts payable/receivable processes, membership reconciliation, and preparing of post-events Statement of Accounts.

Job Responsibilities

· Preparing of quotations and issuing of invoices for external events.

· Ensure billing accuracy and timely recording of invoices.

· Check and ensure official claims match the billing to customers.

· Update of all receivables and ensure all receipts with proper supporting documents.

· Reconcile membership fees invoices in Revolutionise system.

· Check and ensure all donors submitted the completed donation forms & payment screenshots.

· Preparation and submission of OTSF application to Sport Singapore.

· Data entry of donations in DMS-Lite system.

· Issuing of Purchase Orders and seeking approval for all purchases.

· Regular update of Small Value Purchases (SVP) list.

· Assist in preparing post-events & competitions Statement of Accounts (SOAs)

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

- At least a Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

- Min 3 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance.

- Hands-on experience in using QB Accounting Software preferred

- Independent & meticulous

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Able to multi-task

- Outgoing and team player, passion in sports

- Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with different stakeholders.
