The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Compliance Executive / Manager to support the financial, fund-operational and compliance activities of the firm. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, outsourced compliance professionals, banks and external auditors. The level of appointment will be determined by the candidate’s relevant experience, technical competence and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the preparation and review of periodic management accounts, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow reports and account reconciliations.

· Assist with the accurate recording and analysis of fund transactions, operating expenses, cash movements and other finance-related data.

· Prepare or support the preparation of fund-performance and investor-reporting materials, ensuring information is complete, accurate and presented on a timely basis.

· Liaise with banks, auditors, fund administrators, tax advisers and other service providers to facilitate smooth financial and fund operations.

· Act as an internal point of contact for the outsourced compliance service provider; coordinate information requests, maintain records and track agreed follow-up actions.

· Support regulatory filings, compliance monitoring and documentation required for the firm’s operations, including matters relevant to MAS requirements and Singapore tax obligations.

· Review financial information for accuracy, consistency and appropriate supporting documentation before internal or external submission.

· Provide clear and reliable financial information to internal stakeholders and contribute to ad hoc financial, operational, research, administrative or corporate-secretarial projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience

· Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications, such as CPA, ACCA or CFA, are advantageous.

· Candidates with strong potential, including inexperienced candidates, are welcome to apply for the Executive level. For the Manager level, at least three to five years of relevant experience in finance, fund management, asset management or financial services is preferred.

· Working knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, financial reporting and account reconciliation. Exposure to fund accounting or regulated financial services will be an advantage.

· Familiarity with Singapore financial-services regulation, MAS expectations and Singapore tax requirements will be beneficial; practical training and support will be provided where appropriate.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using standard accounting, financial-reporting or workflow tools.

· Excellent attention to detail, organisational discipline, problem-solving ability and sound judgement when handling sensitive information.

· Able to manage priorities independently in a lean, fast-moving environment while collaborating constructively with colleagues and external service providers.

· Clear written and spoken English communication skills. Mandarin or other language capability is an advantage, particularly where it supports communication with relevant clients, partners or service providers.

· A positive, accountable and learning-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and take on new challenges.

主要职责

· 协助编制及审核定期管理账目、财务报表、预算、预测、现金流报告及账户对账资料。

· 协助准确记录及分析基金交易、营运开支、资金流动及其他财务相关数据。

· 编制或协助编制基金业绩及投资者报告材料,确保资料完整、准确并及时提交。

· 与银行、审计师、基金行政管理人、税务顾问及其他服务提供方协调,确保财务及基金运营顺畅。

· 作为公司与外包合规服务机构之间的内部联络人,协调资料请求、维护相关记录,并跟进已确认的后续事项。

· 协助完成与公司运营有关的监管申报、合规监控及文件整理工作,包括涉及MAS 监管要求及新加坡税务规定的事项。

· 在资料提交予内部管理层或外部机构前,审核财务信息的准确性、一致性及支持文件是否齐全。

· 向内部利益相关方提供清晰可靠的财务信息,并按需要参与临时财务、运营、研究、行政或公司秘书相关项目。

资格与经验

· 拥有会计、金融、工商管理或相关领域的文凭或学位;持有CPA、ACCA、CFA 等专业资格者优先。

· 具良好潜力的候选人,包括没有经验的候选人,均可申请专员级职位。申请经理级职位者,优先考虑拥有至少三至五年财务、基金管理、资产管理或金融服务相关经验的人士。

· 具备财务分析、会计原则、财务报告及账户对账的基础知识;拥有基金会计或受监管金融服务行业经验者更佳。

· 熟悉新加坡金融服务监管要求、MAS监管期望及新加坡税务规定者优先;公司会在适当情况下提供实务培训及支持。

· 熟练使用Microsoft Excel,并能运用常见的会计、财务报告或工作流程工具。

· 做事细致、具备良好的组织能力、问题解决能力及处理敏感资料时所需的判断力。

· 能够在精简、节奏快的环境中独立安排优先次序,同时与同事及外部服务提供方有效协作。
