Finance Executive (Accounting Operations) | 6-Month Contract

Job Details

  • Nearest MRT Station: Lavender MRT Station
  • Contract: 6 months duration
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am–6.00pm; Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm
  • Salary: $3,000 - $3,800 per month (subject to experience)

This role offers hands-on experience in day-to-day finance operations, including accounting entries, reconciliations and financial reporting. You’ll work with different teams to keep records accurate and reports on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly accounting entries and payment schedules.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and check financial records for accuracy.
  • Review supporting records to ensure entries are complete and in order.
  • Coordinate inputs from different teams for quarterly reports.
  • Consolidate financial reports and assist with other finance tasks as needed.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy.
  • Careful with figures and able to spot discrepancies.
  • Organised and comfortable following up with different teams to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Able to work independently while checking in with senior team members when needed.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems is helpful.
