· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and management reports.

· Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including AP & AR reconciliations, accruals, revenue journals, expense analysis, and contract liability reconciliations.

· Assist with annual external audits by preparing schedules, confirmations, supporting documents, and audit enquiries.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, procurement procedures, GST requirements, and Singapore financial regulations.

· Participate in finance system enhancements, process improvements, ERP/POS integration projects, and internal control initiatives.

· Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, Front Office, HR, and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 2 years of finance experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Accounting.

· Experience in Hospitality, Spa & Wellness, Retail, or Food & Beverage (F&B) industries will be an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
