Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily finance and administrative operations, including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and supporting documents.
- Assist with accounts reconciliation, invoice processing, payment records, and other finance-related tasks.
- Compile and analyse financial data using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant internship or working experience will have an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of accounting or financial software is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, with good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
