· Digital & AI Tools: Utilize company’s digital/AI advisory platform to improve client engagement, needs analysis, product recommendations and productivity.

· Target Achievement: Meet agreed sales, revenue and client acquisition targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professional conduct.

2. Financial Adviser Recruitment & Acquisition

· Source, identify, and attract high-caliber financial adviser representatives and leading advisory teams to join the firm.

· Collaborate with the Compliance and Operations teams to facilitate smooth fit-and-proper checks and MAS notification processes during onboarding.

  1. Distribution Management & Representative Enablement

· Serve as the main relationship manager for the firm’s financial advisers, strengthening engagement, retention, and loyalty.

· Provide strategic coaching and sales enablement resources to support advisers in expanding their advisory businesses.

· Conduct regular business reviews with top-tier advisers to uncover growth constraints and develop joint action plans.

  1. Production & Revenue Growth

· Create and implement strategic sales campaigns, incentive programmes, and production initiatives to drive revenue growth.

· Track key distribution performance indicators, including Assets Under Management/Advising (AUM), New Business Premium, and active adviser ratios.

5. Training & Professional Development

· Collaborate with product and technical experts to deliver comprehensive product training, market insights, and sales advisory concepts to representatives.

· Ensure all training initiatives reinforce high sales quality, regulatory compliance, and robust customer suitability frameworks.

6. Market Intelligence & Strategy

· Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, compensation structures, and changing consumer demands to ensure the firm's value proposition remains highly competitive.

· Provide regular strategic insights and growth metrics reporting to the Executive Management team.

Qualifications

  • A recognized University Degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications under the Financial Advisers Act(FAA) (e.g., CMFAS Modules 5, 8, 9, 9A, HI) are highly advantageous.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
