Overview

This opportunity is with a local bank in Singapore under a permanent employment arrangement. The role sits within the Retail Banking division, focusing on delivering personalized financial solutions to individual and business customers.

Candidates without prior experience in wealth management are welcome, as a structured training program will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills. This role is ideal for individuals who are sales-driven, motivated by performance-based rewards, and seeking accelerated career growth in the banking sector.

About the Department

The Retail Banking function supports customers in managing their finances and achieving their financial goals through a wide suite of services. These include deposits, loans (secured and unsecured), insurance, investment products, and wealth advisory.

The Personal Financial Services team focuses on creating convenient, value-driven banking solutions while encouraging strong savings and investment habits across different customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Wealth Executive, your role will involve:

  • Delivering tailored financial advice and investment solutions to meet clients’ financial planning needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Providing a high-quality, personalized banking experience
  • Leveraging the bank’s internal network and resources to meet sales targets
  • Ensuring all advisory processes, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and promptly
  • Adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards, including relevant financial advisory regulations

Training & Development

You will undergo a structured training program designed to:

  • Equip you with product knowledge and financial advisory skills
  • Prepare you to deliver professional wealth management services
  • Support your ability to achieve sales and performance targets

Requirements

  • A diploma or university degree (candidates without relevant experience are welcome)
  • A results-driven and self-motivated mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging clients
  • The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
